drew-edwards-x2Drew Edwards is the chief executive officer of Ingo Money, Inc., a company he founded in 2001, which has become a leading provider of mobile-forward, instant deposit and payment services that fuel consumer adoption of digital payment platforms. Prior to his founding of Ingo Money, Drew founded and served as chief executive officer and chairman of the Board of Directors for Towne Services, Inc., a publicly traded e-commerce company providing solutions for over one thousand financial institutions. He previously held management positions with the Federal Reserve Bank and The Bankers Bank in Atlanta and served on the Board of Directors of Skylight Financial, one of the nation’s first payroll card companies now owned by TSYS.
will-sowell-x2Will Sowell joined Ingo Money in 2013 and serves as president and chief operating officer responsible for technology, risk management, business development, operations, customer service and human resources. From 2009 to 2012, he served as chief operating officer for Green Dot Corporation, responsible for margin and revenue growth and for leading the organization’s operational efforts to become a public company and a bank holding company. Prior to Green Dot, Will spent twelve years at GE Money in a variety of roles including vice president, prepaid Products, overseeing the launch of the Walmart MoneyCard, and vice president and general manager for the GE CashWorks business.

Will holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University. He serves on the City Council of Frisco, Texas.

dickson-chu-x2Dickson Chu is executive vice president, Corporate Development for Ingo Money. An accomplished general manager and product developer, he joined the company in 2014, a veteran of Citi where he served as managing director, Digital Networks and led the company’s launch of Google Wallet; PayPal, where he served as vice president, global product and user experience design; and Yahoo!, where he served as general manager, PayDirect, transforming the domestic p2p payments business into an internet-based international money transfer service.

Dickson received a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Mary’s College of California. He is a board member at Bluefin Payments, BoomTown and CFY.org.

lisa-mcfarland-x2Lisa McFarland is executive vice president, Product Strategy and chief marketing officer for Ingo Money. Prior to joining the company in 2014, she served as head of Consumer prepaid Products at Visa, overseeing the company’s product, channel and network development strategies for its consumer prepaid group, and the emergence of prepaid programs offered by leading financial institutions. Prior to Visa, she held various management roles at American Express over a 14-year tenure including vice president, prepaid Card Product Management; director, Corporate Card Product Management; director, Online Product Marketing for the Global Commercial Card business; and director, Business Strategy and Communications for the commercial card product lines.

Lisa is a graduate of the University of Florida where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.

Youri BebicYouri Bebic serves as executive vice president, Sales and Product Development for Ingo Money. Bringing with him an extensive background in digital payments, mobile technologies and telecommunications, Youri formerly served as senior vice president, Mobile Innovations for Cachet Financial Solutions following its acquisition of a division of Device Fidelity for which he served as general manager, Prepaid Services. Youri previously held leadership positions with Net1 Virtual Credit Card and Gemalto, a global leader in digital security headquartered in Amsterdam.
steven-doctor-x2Steve Doctor, chief financial officer for Ingo Money, has held several executive management positions for the company since joining in 2004 including chief operating officer and chief risk officer. He previously served in a variety of senior management positions over a 23-year career with Eastman Kodak Company, including divisional vice president, Finance for the Consumer Imaging division; director, Corporate Financial Planning; and chief financial officer, Motion Picture Imaging.

Steve holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering and Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Carnegie Mellon University Tepper School of Business.

rusty-pickering-x2Rusty Pickering serves as general counsel and chief compliance officer for Ingo Money. Prior to joining the company in 2013, he was senior partner with Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, LLP, where he spent fifteen years building a successful legal practice representing technology companies and private equity firms in the areas of public and private securities law, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and technology licensing.
Rusty received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from Tulane University and a Juris Doctor degree cum laude from the University of Texas School of Law. He is a member of the State Bar Association of Georgia, a former director of the Business & Finance Section of the Atlanta Bar Association, a former director of the Entrepreneurs Foundation of the Southeast and past president of the Tulane Alumni Association.
Matt RosenburgMatt Rosenburg, chief information officer for Ingo Money, oversees technology systems and mobile app development, data warehousing, information security and technology operations. He joined Ingo Money from Green Dot Corporation where he served as senior vice president and chief information security officer. Matt previously held technology leadership positions for East West Bank and OneWest Bank, two of the largest financial institutions in southern California, and senior technical positions with Ticketmaster/Citysearch and Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette Securities Corporation.
Bill RoeseBill Roese is chief risk officer for Ingo Money, responsible for risk management strategy, analytics, operations and collections. Prior to joining the company, Bill served as general manager, Retail & Fraud for Certegy Payment Systems, a division of FIS Global, the world’s largest provider of banking and payments technology solutions. He previously held specialized leadership positions in risk management, data and analytics, research and development and business systems development. Bill received his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of South Florida.

john-w-collins-x2Mr. Collins serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors and has over 40 years experience in various aspects of electronic commerce for financial institutions and merchants. He is chief executive officer of Progeny Management, a private company that offers management services to an array of businesses in the technology, land development, and aviation industries. Mr. Collins co-founded InterCept, Inc., a bank data processing company formed in 1986 and sold to Fidelity National Financial in November 2004. He has served on several boards of directors throughout his career.

bailey-p-robinson-x2Mr. Robinson served as chairman and chief executive officer for Wright Industries, a company he joined early in his career as a management trainee, until its sale to British firm RTS Plc in 2000. A U.S. Air Force veteran and graduate of Vanderbilt University where he received his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering, he also worked for two years as a structural engineer for Rust Engineering Company in Birmingham, AL. Mr. Robinson is a former Bank Director for Nashville City Bank and a current member of the Board of Trustees for the Massey School of Business, Belmont University. He is also a Partner in Robinson Holdings, LLC in Nashville, TN.
shane-kim-x2Mr. Kim is a partner and managing member of Camden Partners, a growth private equity firm focused on technology-enabled service companies within the Business Services, Healthcare, and Education sectors. He has an extensive network within the payments arena and leads the payments and transaction processing investments within the business services and healthcare sectors for Camden Partners.
vince-talbert-x2Mr. Talbert is chief executive officer of GiveCorps, an online giving platform. Prior to GiveCorps, he served as vice president of Merchant Services for PayPal, joining the company following PayPal’s $1 billion acquisition of Bill Me Later, Inc. for which he served as a founder and head of marketing. Prior to Bill Me Later, Mr. Talbert led Internet Marketing for First USA where he was named IAB’s 1999 “Marketer of the Year.” He began his career at Citibank. Mr. Talbert earned his Master of Business Administration at the University of Virginia and his Bachelor of Science at Towson University. He is a lifelong resident of Baltimore, MD and is active in the city’s education community supporting efforts to transform public education.
Gene LockhartMr. Lockhart is chairman and managing general partner of MissionOG LLC, an early stage, growth equity investment firm specializing in hyper-growth, technology-oriented companies serving the financial services sector, and a special advisor to General Atlantic, a leading global growth investment firm. He previously served as president and CEO, MasterCard Worldwide, where he led its transition to a for-profit enterprise, and president of the Global Retail Bank at Bank of America, leading its retail and commercial banking businesses until NationsBank acquired it. He has served as CEO, Midland Bank UK and as chairman of First Direct and Thomas Cook. Mr. Lockhart earned his Master of Business Administration from the Darden School at the University of Virginia and received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia. He is active in several higher education foundations: the University of Virginia Board of Managers; chairman, Darden School Foundation; chairman, Thomas Jefferson Foundation (Monticello); chairman, Manhattanville College Trustees; and council member for the State Board of Higher Education in Virginia. He is also a trustee of the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts and a former trustee of the Royal Academy of Arts in London.

pj-orthwein-x2Mr. Orthwein serves as managing director, Spring Capital Partners, a Baltimore-based provider of capital to middle market companies. Prior to joining Spring Capital in 2003, he was an associate with BHC Interim Funding, a New York-based bridge debt provider. Mr. Orthwein previously held positions in Operations and Finance with Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide and Priceline.com, with a focus on start-up businesses, and began his career in the Executive Development Program at Hannaford Brothers, Inc., a supermarket chain based in Portland, ME. Mr. Orthwein received his Master of Business Administration, with Distinction, from the Johnson Graduate School of Management, Cornell University, and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Economics and Business Management from Cornell University.
jennifer-hsin-x2Mrs. Hsin is director and chief financial officer of CNF Investments LLC where she is responsible for actively sourcing, screening and managing portfolio companies, as well as for financial management of the fund. She has almost twenty years of operational and investment experience in various industries including enterprise software, banking, healthcare, real estate and oil and gas. Prior to CNF, Mrs. Hsin worked at BenefitNation, Inc. and Arthur Andersen, LLP. She currently serves on the boards of CX Act and Viridis Learning and works closely with various other portfolio companies. She also serves on the Washington DC board of the Peer Health Exchange. Mrs. Hsin is a CPA with a Bachelor of Science degree in both Accounting and Finance from the University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School of Business.
